Yoga for Every Body!
Tsubo is thrilled to offer three different yoga classes for all levels:

Vinyasa Yoga with Vicki Tsafogiannis emphasizes ashtanga practices that create a continuous flow of breath and movement that heats up the body, cleanses and purifies the system, and ultimately leads us to a lighter, stronger body and a clear mind. Tuesdays at 6:00 PM.

Ashtanga II/II with Tina Ward begins with the traditional ashtanga primary series, flowing through sun salutations and standing postures, and working up to inversions and challenging balancing poses for the intermediate to advanced student. Thurdsays at 7:00pm.

Gentle Yoga with Tina Ward is a gentle and restorative class for every level student. A perfect introduction if you're new to yoga, and a great way to start off the weekend for anybody. Fridays at 6:00 PM.

Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a great way to jumpstart or change up your fitness routine. This one-hour class focuses on improving cardio, strength, agility, balance, and more.

Jenn Shanley is a certified personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute and a certified Spinning instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics. She ran weekly half-hour boot camps at NPTI for Aon Center employees during her schooling. She also skates with and runs weekly two-hour boot camps for a Chicago roller derby league.

As always, a wide range of massage therapies are available in our spa & we especially encourage you to take care of yourself throughout the stressful winter season. We're also pleased to offer the services of Debbie Obradovich, a talented Reiki practitioner who specializes in intuitive energy work. In her one-hour sessions, she combines her intuitive insights with ancient Tibetan Reiki energy practices to heal, balance, energize, and relieve stress.
