Karen Faith Yoga
Karen Faith's yoga practice has unfolded over the last ten years
alongside her passion for performance as a path to healing and
wholeness. A classically trained violist, she left the orchestra
in 2002 to pursue an expansive performance practice at the
School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she enjoyed the mentorship of writer, teacher and yogi Lin Hixson. She received her certification training at Frog Lotus Yoga in North Adams, Massachusetts, while an artist in residence at the
Contemporary Artists' Center from 2005 to 2006. She works to open
individuals to their own source of healing - the spirit which is
luminous, infinite and untouched by the world.
